Good that you've got your repeat prescription - could i ask - how long will the new prescription last you? Will it be 2 or 4 weeks? I am currently on a repeat prescription every 2 weeks which is a little annoying!!
My old c/m had suffered from PND in the past so I don't think it necessarily rules you out! What's more important is the fact you're dealing with it I think.
Do you need anymore clothes etc for K? What size sleeping bag have you got after she grows out of this one? I've just found another one tht's 6-12 months if you think you'd use it? Been trying to be all flylady and rediscovered ten tonnes of 'stuff' - can't believe how much stuff I bought for DD!! No wonder i'm in so much debt!!

Just noticed he hasn't given me a repeat prescription.. just another one but he's said he wants to see me every month or so anyway to see how I'm getting on.
I've just got a horrible feeling it'll stop me. Not that I'm not dealing with it or anything but I still have my bad days and my pmt is worse so
The sleeping bag we have is 12-18 months.. so a tad too big for K yet.. lol.
As for clothes I need to go through and see what we've actually got because I don't know! lol!
On a seperate note I just called the housing association to check I CAN actually childmind here and they've said it's fine I just need to put it in writing so they can update our records. Whilst on the phone I asked them to send us a form for a transfer to a 3 bed house as wellTotal 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

repeating what others have said, i can't see pnd being a problem id let you look after mine and i dont even know you! if it causes a problem its their loss!! because you sound like a fab mum.
i also think ste deserves a pat on the back for 'seeing the light' and doing his mse thing too by what you said its taken time but now he is seeing the benefits he realises why you are so obsessive.

Hi hun
Just cathing up, i really must get this decorating finished. I forgot to do the stairs and we are having stair carpet done at same time DOH! Luckily they have said they will hold it until we need them to.
I cannot see you PND being a problem when it comes to childminding, my friend does it and got pnd after her 2nd child. She was also advised by another friend to take vitamin B supplements, she did say it may have been pyschological but she said she felt even better when taking it. She bought Effico it is a little pricey but it may be an option for you. I also started to take it and i do feel a difference when i do after a couple of days, also i was told by my MW that studies now show if your iron is low after the birth this can also contribute to PND how true that is i am not sure but i stocked up on SPATONE also a little pricey (must take with good orange juice), if you go to Boots you can get them on the 3 for 2 offer.
Also what size clothes is K in, i have lots of baby boy things that tbh Sean is just too big for and has only wore them once he is 27 weeks old and in 12 to 18 month clothes now. I have lots of 6 to 9 month. If you pm your address i would be happy to pass some on no probs i have no one to pass them on to you.:D
Snaggles i lurve that picture, she is so beautiful. You can touch the dust but please don't write in it !
Would you like to speak to the man in charge, or the woman who knows whats happening?0 -
I can only repeat what snaggles said. compared to your budgets a self assessment will be a doddle.
Just keep all receipts, write everything down and bobs your uncle. You can do your assessment online. I think the hardest thing is rembering to keep receipts (or ask for them!)Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

Hi sarah xxx Well done on having enough to pay barclays at the end of the month
I really hope you win the Debt dieter award, have you heard yet when it will be announced? x That would almost halve your citi debt if you put it towards what you already have saved for it, although i think you should treat urself, steve and the girls with some of it!!
Good luck with it anyway xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx0 -
IA i meant to say i have 6 to 9 and 9 to 12 months in clothes! If you want them you only have to say. I will be doing his wardrobe this week and the original plan was to put them in the attic. So no loss. You can touch the dust but please don't write in it !

I am sorry but I have to bring this to everyone attention.
My goodness hun, I just had a little look back at the debt you had when you started this diary and I just worked out that you now have a staggering extra £293 towards your outstanding debts from when you started, going from the min payments and the telly, oh and ste's driving lessions.
This amount does NOT include the extra Childrens Tax Credit or Child Benefit so should be nearer £602 extra TOTAL from what you was orig getting (though your not getting any wages from next month)
What are you going to do with all that extra SPARE cash once your car is paid off :T
I think you chose the perfect time to start (before your mat wages were gone)
WELL DONE YOU!0 -
I.A you are an inspiration to everyone on this board. What you have achieved in the last few months is amazing and shows everyone just starting to pay their debts that it can be done with hard work and quite quickly.
Good Luck with paying off the Citi card, I shall be watching you with great interest.

We spent.... wait for it... £60 today!!!!!!!! To be fair though £18.63 of that was posting ebay stuff and sending childminding stuff off, £1.79 was bread and kitchen rolls, £28 was clothes that Ste needed (He hasn't had new clothes for ages so it was about time and we did look in some charity shops first.
), about £3 on filing stuff so I can start planning childminding stuff (watch I bet I've jinxed it now..) and the rest on little treaty things.
Oh and there was a £2 coin in that lot so technically we spent £58...still sounds bad though! Used £40 out of debt account which will be replaced by ebay money and £20 of normal money so will update my budgets in a bit.
Ste's done well today too. He's gone into town to buy a £50 wheel for the xbox... and isn't paying a penny for it as he has a credit note and is trading in 2 games. :T Nice one Ste...
Edit: Ste's just told me they gave him discount on the wheel so it was actually £35 not £50. :rolleyes:Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043
