*officially* 4 1/2 hrs because my established labour didn't start until early evening even though I woke up with mild contractions in the morning I was due to be induced. Was in hospital for 8 for my induction appointment thinking I'd just got a bad belly and they said I was in the early stages of labour. They broke my waters at 2pm, and it all kicked off big style about 7pm..Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Argh! I bloody knew it. Everything that was happening this mornin has disappeared and I'm just so p*ssed off by it all now. Think I'm going to end up being resigned to be induced on feb 1st but I've had enough I just want to cry. I got all exciting this morning thinking things were starting, especially with what the mw said on tuesday and having the sweep but no NOTHING.
I HATE BEING PREGNANT AND BEING IN PAIN NOW. I just want to feel normal again and be pain free. Why can't anything ever go to plan???
My body is useless and can't even go into labour on it's own properly. I should've known this would happen so why am I suprised? Ashli was 10 days over and Kaitlyn's going to same way as well. I really had a feeling that today was the day but obviously my body wants to play silly !!!!!!s and wind me up.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

OMG I am so excited for you. I can't imagine what it must be like waiting and the not knowing! My OH and me are thinking about trying for a baby soonish and listening to you makes me want one more!
How are Ashli and Steve feeling? Does Ashli know something is happening? Everything prepared?
I've been thinking about you in the evenings and sending you positive vibes! I think it'll be early hours of tomorrow but what do I know?0 -
Hi
Do you like Indian Food - apparently an hot curry does the trick!!!!
Good LuckSo happy that I found you:j0 -
Today is turning into such a s**t day. Called my work and apparently even though there's 5 weeks in Jan I'm only getting 4 weeks worth of maternity pay so will only be taking home £432. What a pile of crap. Also work have said that Ashli can't have the days we need when I go back to work so it looks as though everything is going to go t*ts up with their childcare. I'm so fed up. Thank god Feb is only a short month that's all I can say. The maternity pay system is complete and utter !!!!!!!! and all this isn't helped by my hormones and being overdue. Will have to work out the budget for feb and figure out how we're going to pay my citi off. I'm expecting the tax credits to increase to around £75 once K's born but obviously it depends on when she's born and how lazy they are with putting it through.
Going to go have a good cry I think. On the bright side Ashli's gone to her 'auntie' jemmas for the day so at least I can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet for a bit.
I hate money. Combining lack of money and being heavily pregnant doesn't equal a good stress free relationship!
Think I'm just going to go have a good cry.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Big hugs to you IA, I remember feeling just the same at the end of my second pregnancy. I gave up all hope of going into labour and then ate some of my hubbies hot curry (despite bad heartburn). My son was born the next day, probably coincidence but you try anything. Go and have a good howl and then stick your feet up and look after yourself. Thinking of you xxJanuary budget
