What nappies are you using IA? Don't suppose Ashli is anywhere near potty training yet. I know if they're not ready they're not ready. I've a boy (who everyone told me boys are hard(er) to potty train) who took his nappy off one day, one he was 28 months and that was it-sorted and a girl (that everyone told me would be a doddle to potty train) who was a flaming nightmare, and only became potty trained when her nursery stepped in to help me, she was just short of 3.

I'm sure I've read a post from someone saying they find Boots nappies work out cheaper per nappy. You haven't got a Boots advantage card have you with ppoints on it to buy a bag with, or you could look at the Boots thread (grabbit?? not sure)which will tell you if there are any loopholes to take advantage of, which means you might be able to get a bag of nappies for less.

Hope your second chance offer works out - I hate non-paying bidders - as tigtag says, they're fraggles (not to be confused with Snaggles, who would never do such a thing!).

  • On the nappy front, there's also Martin's Nappy Manifesto which might help?

  • Glad I could help! I was a bit worried you might all think "pah, I knew all that already" or that it was a bit useless coming from someone with no kids! Phew...

This might not be so accurate but I swear I remember someone extolling the virtues of Lidl nappies a while back? Have had a look but I'll be beggared if I can find it!

Talking of ebay, I just lost my account  I'd had it since 2002. Here's the story, I posted a wanted ad because my friend was trying to get a particular dress for a wedding. Now, my son knows my ebay sign in and checks my ebay email for me sometimes. If I am working I often get him to bid on stuff etc. So, this person sends a reply to my wanted ad, saying they had the thing I needed and here was the link, but it was closing soon so to hurry. So, my son clicks on the link and it asks to sign in. So he does, but it was some nonsense bike. He was a bit confused so he mentioned it later. Right away I knew it was a phishing email, so I went to sign into ebay but my sign in won't work, password change won't work (my personal questions and date of birth all changed). I called ebay who said all they could do would be close the account right away. So, here I am 0 feedback, when I was over 1000

So, guys and girls please be careful, I probably don't need to tell you but there is some scum around ebay.
