I feel for you as i am also in similar situation, brought 2 pairs for my daughter for xmas not knowing anything about uggs and have not recieved them, then i got a letter from the uk customs to say they had kept them as they were fake, when i tried to get my money back from my bank and sent them the letter the customs control had sent to me the bank say they cant reimburse me even though i paid on debit/visa card, feel very upset and angry these sites are still on the internet and we are all left out of pocket, if anyone knows if i can appeal or get my money back in any other way i would be grateful to know?
