Can I ask that you stop trolling this thread for an argument....

Reading back you have made NO positive contribution, and I’ll cover the (negative) points you have made:

• Not checking the authorised retailers at 'uggaustralia.com' was stupid... and for that reason I feel like an idiot.:(
• I should have checked the website more thoroughly, but I didn’t... and for that reason I feel like an idiot.:(
• No I didn’t know that the products displayed were fake, otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased them... and for that reason I feel like an idiot.:(
• Yes I understand that this website is more likely to prosper from child slavery (although that is speculation), but I can’t change the fact that the transaction has taken place... and for that reason I feel like an idiot. (I in no way condone this!!):(

So as much as I appreciate that you have an opinion, I hope you appreciate that I need not further reminders that I made an error in judgement by arranging this purchase. The sole purpose of this thread is to HELP others that have been duped in a similar way.

Your order number is: GGUXXX
Amount: 98.00
Payment result: Your payment is being processed

(I copied it, and sent an email to myself)

Maybe you could email them the transactional information of the payment, and from that they might provide you a referrence number?

12/11/2010____emailed received advising the mail tracking number.

12/11/2010____Left Shanghai
15/11/2010____Arrived and released nu UK customs
16/11/2010____arrival at local sorting office

I can only assume (even without a referrence number) that your experaince will be simular.

I was ultimatley hoping that nothing would be sent at all, as it would allow for a full dispute to take place with my bank. However with a product actually arriving im sceptical of the right i have available.

Thanks Devils for the info. I too had that page at the end but it flashed up the off within a split second and thats what made me worried first.

The package arrived yesterday, and well... it looks genuine? :eek:

But I have no way to tell the difference.... I can take some pictures tonight.

What can be a sign of authenticity?
