Finished teaching a bit early, so am home now with a coffee and to enjoy the sunshine streaming through the windows of my lovely house

Well 1.30 is late, lucielle!! Not surprised you are tired!

I am out a lot more and a lot later than I have been before, and am slowly getting used to it, although my trips to Caffe Nero are now a necessity rather than an occasional treat to help kick start me in the mornings before work

Morning - my sleeping really is hit and miss at the moment - last night I was so tired, I went to bed at 8.30. My house was really warm, so I laid on top of my duvet to read, obviously fell asleep and woke up still on top of my duvet at 3.30. I climbed underneath the covers and went straight back to sleep - shame I had to get up so early with the alarm, although I think I may try and get another couple of hours later. I am obviously in need of the catch up!

No running today - the cold is threatening my chest and I cannot afford at this late stage for it to take hold there. Running would only push it deeper into my lungs so it is a no no for me today.

Instead, I will have a fairly easy day, but I do want to use the extra time to go to the tip with a load or two out of the garage - then I can start getting properly sorted after the move. That will make a big difference. I may investigate loft ladders too.....there is a lot to go up into the loft which is currently stored in the garage.

Yes, I think I may do a walk later instead of my run especially if the sun shines like it did yesterday.

I also need to do the obligatory washing and ironing today, although there shouldn't be so much as I got very up to date earlier in the week.

Dinner today will be sausage plait as requested by DD - suits me, cheap and easy to make and very yummy

I slept well but have woken up early due to sinus problems of the icky, green variety..hate it when i have been so looking forward to today for a like in.

Have a good day yourself, i will be happily sorting through rubbish and getting organized for the week.
