    Mistress Hypno :rotfl: :rotfl:

My mum reverted back to her maiden name last year - 27 years after getting divorced :rotfl: Seems she never got round to it before that :rotfl:

Glad to hear you're so positive Hypno, have a jolly weekend! :j

Mistress hypno?? Well, I am sure it could become an alternative to Mystery Shopping, matched betting and free b!ngo if ever the need arose again :rotfl:

I have had the most bizarre but strangely fun evening - one of those where you just never know what is going to happen next....

Enjoy your weekends, whatever you have planned!

When my sister divorced she kept her married name as it would haver been embarrassing for............

She does call herself Miss which causes confusion when we introduce ourselves as sisters, both Miss, with different surnames. Although I don't suppose that is strange in some families nowadays is it

So does that mean she is Miss + maiden surname or Miss + married surname and you now have a different surname cos you married? :)

She is a Miss + married surname and I am a Miss + the original one as I never married :D

But my OH and I have been together for almost 30 years & don't live together - strange but it works for us :o

And yes, she loves the dog very much!

Morning all and welcome to the weekend! It threw it down with rain last night which kept me awake for a couple of hours at about 3am which I could have done without, but hey ho.

Off to do the airport run shortly - filled my car up with petrol for the journey yesterday and was horrified that it now costs over £70 to put a tank of petrol in  I am glad I don't need to use my car for long journeys all the time, and will certainly be thinking seriously about which ski races we do this year.....that is an awful lot of money to find each week!

So, needless to say will be taking a flask of coffee with me to keep the additional spends down.....

Have a good day everyone and hope the rain is not going to spoil whatever you have planned!

  • Hi Hypno and everyone :D

Good to hear that you enjoyed a good night last night and bah! to the cost of petrol - I think I realised it the first week it went up - I never fill up just put a set amount in each week - and needed to go to the petrol station again - in the same week

Yep, rained loads here last night (and still raining now) sadly it kept me awake too and i'm off to work in a few mins

Hope it's a good weekend for all x

Hi there DDFW! Bah to the rain - my new bedroom has a balcony off it, which seems to sound very loud as the rain bounces off it.....ah well, the balcony will be lovely when the weather is better, so I mustn't complain! Just wish the spring would hurry up and arrive so I can get the benefit of it all!!

Hope you are not too tired for work! I'm off to make more coffee to help me in my driving day.....:o
