Evening all - just been out for a run - 8.5 miles so am happy with that.

Is it not icy down your way?

and foggy - but if I am to do the marathon in April, I guess I had better get used to running in wintry conditions!

If I start making excuses at this early stage, there will be NO hope for me!

I'm a bit of a coward in icy conditions. Especially since nearly coming a cropper during last winter...

I was doing the moonwalk shuffle this morning, and driving back from work, I went sideways a couple of times and my brakes farted at me a couple of times.

And then I had to reset my central heating when I got in, but that's a completely different subject...

If I'd been running for 8.5. miles, I'd be happy to be in too...

Q: how many therapists does it take to change a lightbulb?

A: only one, but the lightbulb has to really want to change.
