I've not gone yet!!! Not for another 48 hours!! But I am getting sort of organised....

Have currency, have located passports and travel insurance documents/EHIC cards etc, have arranged breakdown cover and found the snow chains.....the car is at the garage having headlight bulbs and windscreen wipers replaced, and I have a full tank of petrol to be starting off with.

So, just need to pack, locate all kit, get some oil, find out where we are going, and chill a bit :rotfl:

I was sad to miss Mikes Mob on telly last night as a friend came round for dinner, and because I don't have BB at home, I can't catch up on iplayer :(

Today is a half day at the office, and I will go for drinks after work, then a spot of shopping, perhaps a late lunch at cafe rouge with a friend, before heading off home to pack. DS has 4 friends for a sleepover tonight and DD is out babysitting, so I will be having a quiet evening "chaperoning" the boys and their cider consumption, without cramping their style.....oh the joys :rotfl:

So, happy new year's eve everyone - I am not unhappy to see the back of 2010 but certainly appreciate all the things it has taught me!

    Loves ya xx

I have got a sat nav, Chev.....but my problem is that I don't yet have an address or even a town/village/resort to put into it.....:o So, once I get those details, hopefully later today, I will be fine - in the meantime I have printed off the route as far as Geneva to give me an idea of timing and tolls etc.

Happy New Year Chev - may 2011 be a positive one for you!
