    Bl**dy shred :eek: I've done 29 days now :D (mind you, it's taken me about 4 months :rotfl: :rotfl:) And made not a blind bit of difference - in fact I think I'm 3lbs heavier than when I started :D (I think it's cos you have to do it regularly, and you have to not eat too much cake in between... :o) Will do Day 30 this weekend, then celebrate :)
