Glad you enjoyed

the DLP section of www.disboards.com is fab for planning / info etc0 -
We just got back!
We stayed at The Davy Crockett Ranch. The accommodation was great, complimentary brekkie was fab but the pool was too cold. I would definitely recommend it but not if you want to go swimming, it was unbearably cold and everyone was complaining.
We got the extra disney hours but tbh we wish we hadn't used them because when we were there it was really quiet. The temperature was -7 all the time we were in the park, it was really cold but well worth it. Kids loved it
If anyone wants to know anything please ask.0 -
Glad the kids enjoyed it!
How many days did you go for - we've booked with the sun but upgraded to stay 2 nights at Davy Crockett with one day in the park. Did you fit in everything you wanted to do? Was it easy enough to get your tickets at the park or were there long queues at the ticket booths? I could ask questions all day long lol :rotfl:
Thanks0 -
Hi clairey1208,
We went for 2 nights and 1 day in disney. We had enough time to do everything we wanted to do and even got a little time to relax as well. There were no queues for the ticket booths or rides. We went into the Park on a Monday, so cannot say what it would be like at the weekend. We took stuff to make a meal on the 2nd night and that worked really well for us because after we'd been to the park all day and then swimming we didn't really want to go out for a meal, so it was nice to sit and relax in the evening.
If you've got anymore questions just ask0 -

We didnt use the ferry journey we used eurostar. Went from Ebsfleet to Lille then Lille to Disney. Was really easy and I imagine a lot less tiring than the ferry and car journey. It took about 2 and half hours
Good luck everyone and Thank you to all posters xx0 -
Hi we go on 17th Feb, have recieved letter and park tickets, and hotel confirmation. However should ferry tickets also arrive? Does anyone know or is the letter enough?0

We didnt get seperate ferry tickets when we went last week. Instead we just showed them our holiday confirmation as the ferry details are on there0 -
