Hi all!
First of all, this thread is amazing! I only recently discovered it but think this is a fabulous idea and one which not only is fun now but will give everyone's children wonderful memories when they grow up.
So, after discovering this thread I am now the proud owner of an elf!
Our elf is called Elvis Cheesy-Feet and I am currently trying to plan his activities for December.
I originally planned to have 2 Elf activities per day - Activity No 1 being something nice, ie. making paperchains or colouring christmas pictures, which would be waiting for the girls when they come home from school.
Activity No 2 would be something a little bit cheekier which would happen whilst the kids are asleep - ie, waking up to find dad's pants on the christmas tree, etc.
But now I am wondering if this is too much??! - does everyone have something happen every day?0 -

will add elf to list.
if bertie leaves a craft etc he doesnt do much else BUT if he only leaves a chocolatee bar he gets upto mischief - but this isnt set in stone. crafts and things happen at weekends and once they broke up school OR i would never get them to school! and after school is homework, tea, bath, bed etc so not much time for crafts.due to spilling coffee :coffee: on my keyboard it works when it wants to :rotfl:

Yummy-mummy-Amy, my daugher is still up! My H said she could watch x-factor as a treat!!
I will try to sneak back into the computer room later (cant email from my laptop) to email, but if my daughter is not going to sleep, I will do it in the morning!! Sorry for the delay!
Have Chosen names though!
Elfie Numa and Elfmas Numa, I got anduora dolls and they have Numa stitched into their coats, so I decided they were from the family of Numa elves:rotfl:they are also wearing blue as they are elves in training:D:D
Hopefully I will be able to put a photo on here, I have made hats and shoes and for christmas eve I got a santa outfit from poundland which is for small dogs/cats, it fits perfectly:T
Anyway, off to make sure my daughter is in bed asap!!0 -
For the snow bags i've cheated and brought some snow from poundland, decortive frosty snow its called, just going to divide it into 2 and then put them in bags, but what sort of bags.
Also thanks to Amy for the passports, you're a fab person thanks you0 -
muffins - no rush, get it to me when you can. they take me about 20mins to edit. i am limited to evenings or when the kids are at school.
the bags i have used for snow are "clear plastic money bags" (no writing) and then sealed with selotape.

Thanks:) I have photographed and edited the photographs on my camera, but need to download tomorrow once I can get on the main computer (H is on it for work atm)
Yes I am up for a christmas card swap:D I havent done a facebook account for the elf as I am currently having major issues with my 8 year old wanting a facebook account, I have said no, so I think if the Elf turns up with one, she will add weight to her argument of 'having to have one':rotfl:because even the elf has one!!0 -
all 3 of my boys (including 1yr old) have FB accounts - BUT this was due to me needing neighbours for a game. the 8 and 5yr oldare allowed on at weekends on my laptop to tend their farms but that is it. the only people they have as friends are me and OH, my sis, their 2 godmothers and a close friend - all who play the game.due to spilling coffee :coffee: on my keyboard it works when it wants to :rotfl:
