Angelcake...it`s definitly something there end,they wont admit to it,yesterday they tried convincing me it was a line fault,absolute rubbish.
They then after half an hour of indian !!!!!!,got me to configure livebox,which you will find on your desk top,tells you if your connected or not,retyped exactly same username and password in,this after un-plugging main power cord into livebox,keep finger pressed on the (1) button..un-plug sky...by now i was really p*ssed off and let fly with both barrels.
There was no problems earlier that day,and was told at customer services there had been some problems,mine is working now,but if i plug my sky back in it disconnects.
Not sure if any of this helps but thats my story from yesterday.

I`ve been offline since last night, hubby on phone an hour with `techy`s?? .In the end i rang customer service, told them i was leaving and they`ve offered me a livebox for £9.99 a month for a year, no contract. They ringing me up in the morning but after reading complaints don`t think i`ll bother with them now.
