A 'free to increase prices by 7%' guarantee is relatively worthless.
Could you clarify please what this refers to?
I have looked at the T&C's to the Online Saver 7 and can't find any reference to your quote. As I am within the cooling off period I just want to check I haven't fallen into any trap.0 -
It's a good ruse to get people to join up and commit for a year before hiking prices higher than everyone else in March. It'll all even out in the end no doubt.0

talking about switching - im on EDF`s ECO 2020 - and when using comparrison sites none of have that option , so i cant really compare actually.

I'm sure that's part of the plan but you still have the option to switch again and suffer the £60 penalty. As they already offerred a £100 bonus and you get £80 via Quidco ,it still seems to be the best option (for me anyway).0 -
I went for the £100 bonus and quidco money for EDF v7 prices wont rise more than £180 pound so Ill be ok then just switch back to BG because EDF worked out the same price as BG for me I only went for the £180.His Heart Proved He Was A RedSuarez, SuarezWe Bought The Lad From AmsterdamWe Know He's Not a Chelsea Fan.Fernando Torres = El Judas0

Just like backfoot, I swiched to EDF yesterday as well. If you leave before the end of 2011 but after the £100 bonus is paid do you lose the £100 bonus? Someone mentioned on another thread that you do, but I'm sure they mention somewhere that the bonus is non refundable so I can't see why you would have to pay it back.0

This is taken from the Terms and conditions:
'The £75 and £25 goodwill credits will be credited to your Electricity and/or Gas account respectivelywithin 90 days of your supply having transferred successfully to EDF Energy.'
