weve just done the house network thing. Aint going to get a for sale board as were a bit off the beaten track. They do everything an estate agent does and more usually. I tell all estate agents i speak to that i think they are disgusting creatures and thats how my relationship is with them. Buying and Selling. Ive put mine on at what i think its worth you dont need an estate agent as they all lie anyway just do your research.

Here's hoping to a quick sale let me know how people get on if in similar positions.

    be good
  • I have to say, our experience so far has been very good, as some others have said the Admin side could be better, but from previous experience it's no worse than a more traditional estate agent.

My summary has been, i have paid £500 for a £500 service, rather than £5000 for a £500 service.

if anyone is reading this and wondering if it's worth ago i would say don't hesitate any further - and don't forget quidco.

Our property was on the market for 10 weeks which included the Christmas period we received 16 viewings, which generated several dependent offers and ultimately offers from 3 different parties all in a position to move which eventually resulted in an offer of the full asking price.
