LAST CHANCE! Any reason why I shouldnt use housenetwork?

I have just spoken to the manager of housenetwork, and hes told me that hes able to send someone over to do my photos & get it online, next tuesday.

Suddenly mny feet are feeling ever so slightly chilly!

Ive got the EAS from my 3 local EAs to come over thurs & friday this week

I need to put the payment through for Housenetwork now through, so ANY REASONS out there why I shouldnt do this? Or in this order or anything like that???

Cheers in advance
lynz

  • Hi lynzpower, what's up, is it the thought of handing over that amount of money up front?

Don't know anything about housenetwork, but getting some local valuations before putting your place online sounds absolutely the right way round. And if you stand to save loads by getting a buyer directly, it must be worth a punt?

its not so much spending the money ( its 233.38, which I have sat aside)
But more, do I really want to sell

I do, and i think HN is the right thing for me ( thier photos are particularly superb) just getting cold feet.

I think its cos weve been working for so long on the flat it looks so lovely now, and wherever we rent, I doubt it would be as nice as this! However, Im going ahead once OH gets home from work and we confirm we are deffo going ahead

The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.

Good evening: As I've said before House Network is an excellent option... we will be listing our new property with them as soon as we have finished the renovations.

    Good luck.
