No-one, at least not without knowing your exchange-broadband is exchange specific.
Do an exchange search on www.samknows.com and look for your LLU options, these will be the cheapest options.
What on earth makes you think that BT are reliable? They're consistently one of the lowest rated providers around.

Just moved to BT last week after endless disconnections and slow speeds with tiscali/talk/talk, the speed has now tripled and not one disconnection. I doubt if there is one ISP that no one dislikes only problem is that you get tied into 18months or so of contract and then find out you have signed up a nightmare. Advise talking to those in your area on their thoughts on ISPs.0

Apart from the excellent advice about checking your exchange details I would say avoid ANY ISP doing a customer grab by advertising stupidly low prices, performance on Plusnet used to be great and has now plummeted along with the service - right when they're blanketing the place in wall-to-wall advertising - when the contract's over next year I'm out of there and moving to Be unless I see some improvement over winter, three years will be long enough!0 -
I've been with aol for donkey's years & never had any trouble such as downtime etc. It'a a truly unlimited service, which is the reason I stick with them. I pay £9.99 per month, but think the cost is higher for new customers as I negotiated my monthly charge down a couple of years back.
Some people knock aol, but I've never had any reason whatsoever to complain about them. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0 -
I've never had much problem with BT tbh, I game online alot and my disconnects aren't that bad compared to some of my friends who are on Virgin/Talk/talk. I would avoid talk/talk like the plague tbh, can;t remember hearing any good things about their broadband.0

Isn't it annoying when people ask for advice, but never come back to give the info required to give them that advice? No free lunch, and no free laptop0

What do you mean never came back? Maybe the OP is busy if she is planning to move out or has a busy life that means she doesn't spend 24/7 on MSE.
People are very quick to judge and jump on people.0 -
