    @Si7

    To be honest that is exactly what I am like :), I like to buy fireworks just to see what they are like, for example I will hopefully be buying a cheap £5 selection box from one of the supermarkets just to light before my display, can use the roman candles to see which way the wind is blowing etc :). Also gets you right in the mood for the bigger stuff!

    And about the picture posting, sorry im not sure I think you may have to wait until you have 10 posts or more or something :/. Will see if I can find any info anywere!

    Edit: Just had a look and it looks like you need 100 (!!) posts to post a link!

    Gazmo, omit the http:// or www part of the link, it's not a link then, people have to copy, paste, add those components manually but you get the gist of the pic location.

    Guy earlier did this for example :

    Post some pics :D

    That's a damn good selection box! I had these party selection boxes in the 90's when they were made in england by Standard Fireworks of Huddersfield and they gave a damned good display for the money! Standard should be doing these and selling them NOW!

    Agree & PROPER blue touchpaper to boot :D These huge Party Selection boxes were £59 at Makro in the 90's, quite expensive but what a sight to behold when you first peeled back the tissue paper to reveal the contents haha :D

    Thanks for the pic SI7, that does look a good selection box!

    Also, thanks for the info regarding Asda, I do agree that they seem to be taking their time this year their usually one of the first ones out on display! Also on that subject im VERY surprised that Lidl haven't got their selection on, they usually have their selection on their website at least 1 week before selling time.
