went to the display at the fireworkwearhouse last night, some pretty nice cakes and rockets went up, i am, however, a little dissapointed with their range this year, there seems to be alot of discount brands there, they still have large rockets and some good cakes but not as good as it has been.
i spotted this wholesalers side while searching, anyone got any views on it? ( humm cant post links, grr)
just google JTF
BTW, Neil, nice haul ^^0 -
I believe that JTF are supposed to be ok when it comes to fireworks, some people say that Bright Star range isnt too good but they do have some decent pieces I believe! Ive never actually been to JTF but that's just what I have heard, hopefully someone else will be able to help you
. Just while im posting, you don't remember a firework called dynamine being let off at the review night do you, I have bought them but cant find any videos or anything on-line as to what they actually produce!
Also, you have a BRILLANT selection of fireworks there Neil, I saw that pic on UKFR, didnt realise that it was you until I have just seen it on here!
Would love to be able to make it to Epic one day
P.s- just popping up to sainsburys now so I will hopefully have a leaflet posted by tomorrow!0 -
Im not expecting much from the JTF stuff, just thought it might have been nice for the ladies are the party, bit of cheap colour and some sparkles lol.
Think we only managed to catch the name of the first one they set off as they were setting them off pretty quick, i was well impressed with the pyro bits they had at the end though, i had to order some 150mm mortar shells from a 'friend' after i saw those.
Just to give you an idea of what they know out type '210mm Weco Displayshell' into youtube, hey are slightly bigger
Think the lady and i are going to take a trip over to epic this sunday, their range looks amazing and really good value too
im getting quite excited0 -
Who fired the Weco 8" shell, firework warehouse?0
-
no, not sure who posted that but i had some last year, only professional pyro teams can get hold of them over here0

Somebody fired something that you only managed to catch the name of and the same people presumably had some impressive pyro bits at the end? Who was this?0 -

Bought the JTF Magnitude selection box ie. this one:

The thing is absolutely huge and the box weighs a ton. I just hope the fireworks are reflective of the weight0 -

Any chance of posting a pic of it in real life? Love looking at pieces that different people buy, hence why I have uploaded my pic
Also, good look at Epic Gazmo they really do have some brilliant stuff in that shop! You will get a great deal! If you do go, I wouldn't really bother with JTF you would probably be better getting a cheap selection box from epic as the quality will probably be loads better and more importantly a lot more cheaper! Make sure you update us with what you get.
