The Great Cheap, Safe Fireworks Hunt

Hi,
Erm... I dont really know what the best deals are lol! But Sainsburys seem to have alot better deals on this year than previous years.
Aldi do also have some decent fireworks for £5 per bag.
2 Roman candles
2 60 shot fireworks
2 whistling fountains 'chico
8 Other fountains (inc cones)
Some of these are actually classed as 'display' fireworks, so for £5 you can't really go wrong, Oh there also a goodish weight.
Thanks, oh and these can be found on there website;

We got some from Lidl a couple of days ago. I got the black nebula selection pack which we also had last year and it was pretty good. It did have a couple a rockets in but my son asked if we could get some more this year (it is his birthday 6th Nov) so we also got the COSMOS 32 shot roman candle on recommendation as it is as good as rockets but much better value at just £4.99. So all we need for a 5th birthday party for just under £20.3 kids(DS1 6 Nov, DS2 8 Feb, DS3 24 Dec) a hubby and two cats - I love to save every penny I can!

Well my fireworks arrived today on time and as expected. They even threw in a few free gifts (some sparklers and a large ground mine) which wasn't expected, but greatfully received. The large rocket pack I ordered (SFX) has a metal cage inside which the rockets are stored in.
Excellent service. Will defo use again !Hi,
I got a flyer with the free paper last night, for a company which are selling fireworks. I had a look on their website which has loads of videos so you can see exactly what you are buying. I ordered last night at 11:30pm. They phoned me today to arrange delivery for Saturday. Excellent service in my opinion. I'll let you know if they maintain this by delivering on time.
The company is www.pegasuspyrotechnics.co.uk
I tend to avoid supermarkets as they aren't very good see

There is only one shop I buy from and it's Lidl. I started buying my fireworks from there about 3 years ago, and they are brilliant. I must admit, they have a limited range which is quite annoying, and they have sold exactly the same fireworks for several years now, but they really are worth the money. The only thing I haven't had from there is the Purple Moon box, but I have had everything else in the past. Well recommended.
