Personally I think Terminal Velocity are the best in any supermarket for £10 for 16 rockets.

Just a quick note not all of the terminal velocity are like the video but still think they are better than Cocktail of rockets

Thanks for all the information everyone especially simmy who was provided a nice detailed report . I also hope that Lidl have extra stock, I would be tempted to buy now for new year, may wait til New Year when they usually knock some money off I am sure they will stock Weco again, they will be stupid not too as Im sure there sales must of improved a lot!

Fired a few pieces last night, nothing much, tipping it down.. :mad: but have to say the Weco stuff is pretty damn impressive. Fired all the pieces in the pic below & although some of the big bore Kimbolton cakes were almost window shatteringly loud with huge bursts the rate of fire didn't match the Ipanema or Firefighter. For the ooh aahhhh factor it seems rapid fire skyfilling properties are king, even at the expense of larger & louder individual shell bursts.

Ipanema machine gun fire rate is fabulous, it's quite embarrassing for the big bruiser cakes :cool:

Couple of pics, did have one blow out but other than that all went well, if a little soggy... roll on tonight though hehe... :D

Glad to hear you had a good (if wet) night last night Si, hope your display goes well tonight and it stays dry for you!

Ive just been the asda now and came back with a pack of Powder Keg mines @ £3 for 2! Oh and a pack of sparklers! They still had loads of pyro left instore!

Does anyone know if lidl are discounting their fireworks in an attempt to clear out stock?
If so might pop down and get a few more to add to my stash!

They don't normally do that - so I'm assuming they won't do it this year either. They do however seem to sell the same range for new years eve with a couple of quid knocked off the usual price.

I will be made up if they do this again this year! Even if its just £1 off everything it means I can get a fire pack and 2 of the cakes for fairly cheap!

I had 'Terminal Velocity' last year, and made a strict note never to buy them again, because they were not very good. My Terminal Velocity were nothing like the one it that video!



I doubt the one in the video was from terminal velocity. When i had them last year, all of them just ejected a few stars in one direction, and were not very impressive at all! But.. Maybe i'm wrong and they have changed from last year?
