right now guys im picking up a nother £260 of fireworks on bonfire night its self to add to my collection now i was planning on going back to the firework warehouse but ive stumbled across jtf their prices look amazing and im thinking of buying the chemical rain rocket pack for £99.99 32 pyro meshed rockets it looks great but whats putting me off is that ive not had any of the rockets before and im not shore how they compare to rockets like panther, superior i was originaly going to pick up 1 superior pack, 1 panther pacl, 1 king-dom pack but thats going to be over £150 for 12 rockets now i dont mind paying that but when some were is selling 32 pyro meshed rockets for less than £100 it makes me think i should be going to jtf so what do yous think should i go for the superior, panther & king-dom for over £150 or should i get jtfs 32 pyro meshed rockets for £99.99

also if i got jtf im thinking of a sonic shock wave barrage pack for £39.99
also a magnitude selection box for £39.99
also a sonic thunder barrage pack for £19.99
5 packs of black wido rockets £1.95 each
1 stella impact rocket pack 21 rockets for £12.99
1 pack of supreme sky storm rockets 30 for £19.99
1 vesuviouse monster cone fauntain £5.99
    1 cascade 5 mine pack £4.99
2 packs of tri-coloure weels £1.95 each 2 pices per pack
2 packs of 2 widow candles £4.95 each

Chemical Rain Pack is a steal, don't forget you have VAT on those prices though (£117) The Airbourne Assaults are apparently superb flash burst rockets (you get 20 of these) The Interstella Wars bigger still & the Scud Silos up the ante again. Cracking rocket pack :D

Interstella Wars (effect looks dull, poor video, but no mistaking the thunder clap, this will be a good rocket in the flesh )

  • We haven't really got that much - thats why i didn't post as it seemed a little silly compared to everyone else lol.
    1 x 9 Gemini rockets
    1 x 25 Carat
    1 x Ipanema
    2 x Cyber box
(Wasn't going to try Lidl until i saw the reviews here)
And a couple of things from a local firework place (looks a bit dodgy in a walk in container) but good value for money.
    18 piece selection box £4
5 pk wheels (Really, really good) £1.75
    5 pk "Air bombs" £1.50

There's only going to be a few of us so not over done it - Although i've a feeling i may venture out to add to the collection tomorrow. The closer it gets the more the inner child is showing through :rotfl:
  • i havent got many this year compared to people on here but it sounds like you got a good selection i wasnt going to go lidl till i see this forum either lol i havent got the money for more but there is always next year :)

You've got a great selection there, good performance Weco cakes, quality rockets & the Cyber Box's are great selection packs - and you've got two :D Plus another selection box, wheel packs & airbombs too - GREEDY :rotfl:

Any chance of a pic :) (shot inside the £4 selection box from container man would be nice)

    Nothing silly about that selection.

That is actually really good! Its good to see you have gone for a couple of lidl pieces! Even those will make a good display! And then te extras you have from the firework shop should just add to that and give you something more!

Really good stash for around £50!

Have to agree with Si, can you get us a pic of what you have inc a selection box shot if possible :D would be really good for us to look at :)
  • Trickyrickxx - I have to admit i was already thinking of next year lol Only realized where Epic was today after i'd already bought most of it. So will have to save 'cos im sure i could spend all day in there!

Si7 & Dan2310 - Unfortunately i'm not the most patient of people and have already "tested" a few out of that box (my excuse? i had to compare it to the cyberbox :D ) I'm sure there should still be enough for a pic tho, will have a look in a bit.

Think we've got enough fountain-ish things, but could really do with some more rockets. Not sure where to try for them as the ones in Aldi (which seem the best in the supermarkets) look suspiciously like the ones that let me down a bit last year. And other than that container place theres not really many other options where i live.
  • i realise that there is a good firework shop close to me after i bought mine already lol

Haha, your like us all then! Have to 'test' a few fireworks before the big night!
Yeah a pic of anything is fine (as long as its of some fireworks :P )

Also, about rockets I had the aldi ones last year, they were good for the price, they actually had a bang rather than most other rockets from supermarkets these days!
