Thanks for adding the pics!
Si7 & Monsterberry1, i already tried it. I'd seen on here that it was really good so that's what got me to try Lidl's range this year. Ofcourse the second i got it home i had to find out for myself. It puts anything of a similar size in the £4 box to shame lol
Would like to add though, if anybody comes across those wheels i bought ( Helveekings Shield), they are by far the best thing i've ever bought for £1.75. First tried them last year (even cheaper as i left it 'til the night) and they went on for ages, quite big and kept everyone mesmerized. You could still see them when you closed your eyes for a looong time.0 -
I have got a Guy Fawkes Inferno Selection Box and Guy Fawkes Magnitude selection box and I've been incredibly lucky with the quality of the fireworks inside they've been OK;only problems I encountered were with the 3 bar and 4 bar roman candle bouquet on a stake with the tape round the candles being a bit loose, so rather than return to winners I got some cheap cable ties from poundworld and fixed the candles firmly to the wooden stake by tightening them up tight,it solved it and all is well. All the other fireworks were fine with NO construction problems or flimsy or loose cardboard bases at all. It's not all scare stories with this range of fireworks.0

Simmy just so you know I bought 2 packs of these from a Bulldog shop the other day, I was sure they are old stock from a few years ago. Anyway I test fired a few and they are good! Nice loud bang and good burst on each one.
Heres mine...0 -

What sort of size are these Prestonboi? Have you got a pic with some everyday item to get a relative size?
Cheers

what is the best way to link fireworks if you cant get hold of visco fuse?0

How many are you trying to light? A Portfire is very efficient at instantly lighting visco and can light several fuses safely in a second or two - what's your plan?0

i got a few small fountains and wanted to get rid of a couple at a time0
