Yeah, from what I can see, they won't pay at all and I guess they shouldn't have to if you've not stuck to the agreed terms.0 -

When did you buy yours? Mine hasn't tracked at all yet and it's been around 3 weeks.
According to Quidco they need 30 days before investigating any transactions:Dial-a-Phone has a 30 day waiting period from the purchase date before it will consider queries about missing cashback. Your query will be submitted to Dial-a-Phone once this waiting period has expired. The retailer then has up to 80 days to come back to Quidco with a resolution.
I'm not sure if this means I should wait 30 days before composing a cashback query or that they'll only submit my query after 30 days.0 -

Update
Well it's almost the end of the first month now and I'm canceling my insurance policy and a subscription to The GadgetHelpline.
Insurance
To cancel my dialaphone insurance I called the following number:
0844 871 0506.
The lady took my details and confirmed that my policy would be canceled immediately. The call took all of 2 mins including waiting time and was easy and pleasant.
The GadgetHelpline
This one was harder to cancel because I don't yet have my welcome letter. You'll need it to cancel online.
Instead, I called them on 01373 839 990, a lady asked for my details and confirmed that my subscription was cancelled. This took all of 2 minutes too and was as easy and pleasant as the previous call.
(Reading around, it appears that many, many people don't receive their welcome letters so just check when you bought your phone and cancel before the first month is up!)
The Phone
The phone is doing pretty well. The battery life has been far better than anticipated and varies between 2 days to almost a day depending on usage.
One thing I will note is that the touch sensitivity and overall smoothness of the screen updates isn't as good as the 4th gen iPhone.
Oh, the speaker is awful too but I guess you already knew that
Quidco
Cashback still hasn't tracked yet but have sent a cashback query and it's been submitted to Dialaphone.
One last thing - I'll need to check that I'm not still billed for these services despite canceling as has happened to some other folks. Will update as soon as I can confirm I've not been billed.0
