Call them! They will do what they can to help you. Lots of people seem to be having similar problems with the light colours. I used dark golden blonde but mine's ended up dark brown/red :eek: :

They advised me to use medicated shampoo at first, apparently this helps take the colour out for some people, it didn't for me. They also sent me some haircare products I now need to make an appointment with a professional colourist (Paid for by John Frieda). Just hoping the condition of my hair isn't too bad once finished.

I used the brunette items in the free gift the other day and I found them really good.

However, used the hair dye today and wasn't impressed. Not sure if I missed it too much or not enough but it didn't look like the picture on the instructions. it went on my hair as a foam and then deflated so it was just wet. I went for medium chocolate brown, which is oddly quite a reddish colour and my roots (which were grey) and scalp are looking rather pink! :eek:

Don't think I'll be using it again!
