Got an cancellation/refund email....
Another email sent with new order and they had the audicity to charge me £5.50 for postage as well in total charging me for £12 + !!(they processed without even my approval)
Wonder if this has happened to anyone else?
I have emailed customer care waiting to hear from them

After reading this, knowing that I had not added the free gift, I emailed customer services who told me that, even if they have not dispatched my order and they know that the freebie is not there, they cannot do anything and I need to send it back and reorder it again (paying postage of course) This was my first and last order with them. I told them that I am going back to Boots.

I ordered on 07.11.10 got an dispatch email... As i had not recieved the parcel i emailed them yesterday .. today i recieve an email of cancellation and refund and another email with order and postal charges of £5+ which is ridiculous.
I also just got an email from customer care stating their parcel was returned undelivered as there was no one to recieve when they sent it to me which is absolute lie because my place does have an 24/7 front office and never has an parcel gone undelivered!

Was it 7G by any chance? I won a free one and used my voucher at boots. I got dark golden blonde and my hair is dark brown/red. Give them a call, the number is on the box. You will need to send them before and after photos. Seems to be a big problem, wrong colour in the bottles. If you go to the John Frieda facebook page there are many others with the same problem. x

I ordered 2, a med blond and a light blond and 2 gift sets.
I used the Medium Blond the other night, I have not coloured my own hair for many years and was only tempted bacause of the offer on here (Grabbit costs me a fortune :-)
It was very easy to use and my hair is in fantastic condition, however the colour is SOOOO not blond!!!
I have been blond/fair all my 53 years and now I have BROWN hair.
I do still have the light blond one but am scared to use it now, can anyone advise me?

I used the extra light beige blonde on my hair and I liked the colour except that my roots turned slightly strawberry blonde. However, that is only noticeable under strong light. It looks very natural but not as light as I expected. Before using it my hair was dark blonde with light blonde highlights.
