A handy list to have BGW, thanks. Without wishing to be sarcastic or anything else like that, could I just add one number to it please ?
I had a bit of a problem recently trying to get a quarterly bill from B.G. (for gas) until I discovered 0800 107 0225, 24 hour automated service.
I presume that it is only for gas and not leccy but please don't quote me on that.0 -

I was on the phone for 20 minutes tonight at 4p per minute, that's 80p to waste 20 minutes of my time because a major utility cannot seem to process the basic tasks it's supposed to.
It's nothing personal, but you can't just keep excusing BG when I've spent around 10 hours now on a basic handover from one supplier to another.Happy chappy0 -

It's not complicated:
I have a 2 rate meter
I have night storage heaters
I was on Econ 7 with NPower
I moved to BG, requesting click energy Econ 7 tariff
The bill arrived and was not Econ 7, it was same rate for day and night.
I've asked to have the correct tariff applied. I'm told it has been.
My latest bill on House.co.uk does not show Econ 7, it shows same rate for day and night.Happy chappy0 -

Really? Why would you want to find a geographic number in preference to an 0800 freephone number? Would agree for 0844/0845/0870...I really must stop loafing and get back to work...0 -
