juliejim congratulations on the pending new arrival:T
MMM dont let them bully you - have you a union that can help - whatever you manage in the house is going to help so if you find that by wednesday you are struggling them maybe aim to do one thing from the rest of the lists - it all helps.
Shysarah - what about writing your Christmas cards or even just the labels for the envelopes? sorting through DVD's, cds, any letters that need doing, filing, shredding, catch up on magazines, books etc, clean out emails, files on the pc, meal plan.

spent some time searching through websites.

now its past bedtime so had better hustle.

love and hugs to everyone especially LadyL

    Hello Flyladys and Flyfellas

All quiet here... missing having my little lists to work with. Today has literally consisted of my sleeping, taking painrelief, eating and taking a shower. The food and shower required assistance too so am very frustrated and bored here. :wall:

Thought about doing some bits of Chrimbo shopping and spent some time searching online then got very annoyed about the price of things and being in my overdraft due to expensive heating oil this month so gave up.
Done some crochet and ordered some more wool as a kind of therapy and it is paid for by paypal money so that's all profit money in there and can be used for nice things. (That's my excuse so I am sticking to it). :)

Had mum change my dressings and found they cut right thru my tummy button so it is now deformed looking which, due to mood I am in, is another valid reason to moan and whinge in my opinion. Not that I see much of it anyway but that is not the point. :rotfl:

Generally I am feeling rather blue and fed up and annoyed and grumpy.. er generally p**d off. :(

I don't think I am a very patient patient lol.. need to relax and think about some jobs i can do when sitting about so I can at least feel as if I am being useful. Just not really sure what they could be,.. any ideas anyone?:huh::huh:

Hugs, Spoons and Loves all round

My mother has had so much tummy surgery she hasn't even got a button.. if anyone mntions it (like you'd have it on display) tell them it is where you were untied and inflated as you were far too skinny!

I can sit for hours reading MSE, facebook and spider solitaire!

Have done nothing at home but mach 47 elsewhere! Phone rang before 9, great aunt, (88 with dementia) lying on floor in hallway, home helps cant get in, so went there, eventually got in, diarrhoea, imagine the scene..., so get her clean and warmed up, doctor and several hours later ambulance to hospital.......so my house is a piggery again, but by god hers is spotless!

I LOVE that thanks so much Penpen, feeling much happier now with toots giving me some motivation and you making me smile.. didn't dare laugh as it hurts :rotfl: The size of my tummy if I had my tummy on display I doubt anyone would notice my tummy button. :rotfl:I guess I am just a bit moody and sensitive.

This place always manages to pick me up a bit. :T

Off to go to bed now or I will be sleeping all day tomorrow..

    night nights xx

    Morning All

Sarah - you should have been in bed hours ago!

Thanks mudders and toots - half wish we weren't going away next weekend now then we could have had him sooner!

Going to start off today doing the DR but then I've got a parade 10 - 12 so will have to go out around 9.30. Then me and DS are supposed to be going shopping for the dog - do you think that's jinxing it a bit when we haven't had the home visit yet? It's because we're away next weekend.

Has anyone been to Cheltenham Christmas market? Going there next Saturday - just wondered what it was like.

Anyway I'll have a quick wander around MSE and then I'll make a start.

    Have a good day all

    Hugs

Not for a few years now - we used to live in Cirencester and often went into Cheltenham. We always found the Christmas market really good - particularly for people who are more tricky to buy for!

Hope you have a great time.
  • Good morning  DD has lots of teens sleeping over after last night's party. She texted me at 2am :o but not sure what time they got in (though I did hear them trying to be quiet :rotfl: ).

DS has camped out with the scouts,so I'm expecting him home briefly to do his paper round.

I'm going to make blueberry muffins and Welsh cakes for their breakfast :)

Feeling a bit brighter this morning after a good night's sleep, so I'm going to spend an hour on hotspots (paperwork :o ) then some time in the garden later :j
