Thanks Toots...xx
Flying....decluttered a glass of something cold and done some college research on the net.
Oh, and 7 blackbags of clothes gone to school for "bags for schools" and a large carrier of games gone to charity shop...."fling".
Catch you all in the morning xx0 -
I have been at work today and OH has had the day off. I came home to a kitchen where I can't see the worktops and plates and wrappers in the LR. I've tried to be so good since I started flying 3 weeks ago and the kitchen and LR have never stayed so clean. Oh well going to go and do it now before I go to bed.
VJ
I'd make OH do it!
Or take a pic of it before you tidy up and take one after ask him if he thinks it's acceptable?:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -
All packed and ready to go.
I'm off to bed in a minute, calming vibes for everyone in need.
Good night,

Evening all
The training day in York was brill - lots of valuable info. I fed DSs when I got back around 6pm and decluttered DS1 to his guitar lesson. Also read with DS2, sorted his supper and put him to bed. Two phonecalls done to friends/colleagues - one to make sure my classes had been ok and the other to ask how the hospital appt went. Thank you for posi-vibes. She's got to go back again next week, as they couldn't do the biopsy, but she has been told that, even if they find something, it is in the very early stages. She'll still worry until she has the results, but it doesn't sound as bad.
I bought a smaller SC at Mr T's as mine's too big to do just one meal. Will put some stew meat in overnight to try it out. I'm just going to empty and re-load DW, start SC and then head off to bed. Oh, I better rescue my kitchen bin from outside, as it's really windy tonight (if it's still there). I promised DS2 a go on the Wii tomorrow and it's a friend's birthday, so I'll be making a cake when I come in. Apart from that I will [STRIKE]fly[/STRIKE] flutter!
Good night and huge hugs.

sockdrawer wrote: »Off topic help needed I've been organising our school reunion(class of 1984), and I have absolutely nothing suitable to wear. I've been round the charity shops and the local dress agency, to no avail, I don't want to spend a fortune. Everything I own and might have worn is too dressy, so I need something fairly cheap that's not going to clutter up my wardrobe in the future. Smart-causal is the dress code. I'm a size 12/14 with no BXXbs and own a tummy and hips. I've just realised I'm desparate and am about to embark on a trip to either Perth or Dundee to sort it out. (talk about a wake up call!) I know it's off topic, but if anyone has any suggestions.... x
Does it need to be 80's? If so then I agree with above suggestions, leggings and a long top and bright make up. If not then how about black trousers or smart jeans, black top and some funky accessories? Cheap pearls or a nice long necklace or something. Hope you find something suitable anyway0 -
Ooooooo valli what did you do???!!!When people show you who they are, believe them the first time0
