on the ground floor near the entrance.

  • Re the post above by Hadley (I'm a newbie and not sure how to do quotes), I have to say that the staff in my local Boots are always friendly and helpful, and I wouldn't have known that multiple vouchers could be used with 3 for 2 if the SA hadn't pointed out to me that I could get another product, as I had only taken two to the till - she even left the till to go and get the additional product herself, which I thought was particuarly helpful as I was standing with several bags of shopping.

I agree that I haven't been tempted by the OOTW this year, but that is down to the decision makers on high, rather than the staff on the shop floor, and I have nothing but praise for the staff in my local Boots - I have never had a bad experience with them. I also think that Boots are particularly generous with their voucher offers - I don't think any other store gives out discount vouchers so frequently, with little minimum spend - and I love shopping there.

Re the Sanctuary face wash, the price ticket on the shelf has the red £5 tag attached to it, like the other products that are included in the offer, so there shouldn't be a problem, and mine certainly went through fine.

The SS are on the ground floor near the entrance! Hard to miss once you see them, there's about 6 or 8 xx
  • 2 vouchers did not work on SS in Queensgate Peterborough, got taken to normal tills for this combination to be tried by senior member of staff - worked fine, but they were very surprised. As I did 2 transactions I ended up with 2 more vouchers, so had another go but with 3 Hot Cloth Cleansers as there was nothing else left. Went to different tills this time as last one I used had a queue - v.helpful SA said she will put through all 3 items separately to maximise benefits of £5 voucher. I asked to put all together and scan 2 vouchers to which she replied 'No way it will work as it's only one voucher per transaction'. I pointed out changed T&C which now states 1 voucher per qualifing item. Well pleased but still got 3 vouchers left so might try Hampton to see if they got any £6.99 items left.
  • I was prevented from using this voucher on a RoC cleanser and toner today, and was told that it was an error on the voucher.

I bought the radiance exfoliator last time round and I quite like it. Maybe you have more delicate skin than i do :D
    Hi Ellie

Yes, sorry - 3 facewashes and 2 vouchers would work, same price. It's just that I have got a few of these already using the voucher and this was a chance to try out a different product for free. The choice in the Indulgent Bathing offer is quite wide, but the choice of products for say £7 or under in the skincare voucher offer seems to be quite limited.

BTW, I also tried out the Sanctuary Radiance exfoliator thingy, but it was very gritty and not pleasant to use on the face, but it does make an excellent body scrub and the voucher works on it.

The voucher isn't valid on cleaners, toners, wipes, face washes and makeup removers. Boots have changed it since last time so it's mainly moisturisers which you can use it on
  • use up my 2 vouchers today. got the sanctuary detox mask and sanctuary face wash. Just ran out of the mask so glad i could get it at the cheaper price!

I went to Bristol Broadmead today and had 6 vouchers. I got a Sanctuary Toner , Sanctuary Face Wash , S&G IFoam Shower Gel and FREE gift bag for £3.98. plus another £5.00 voucher. Assistant said 2 vouchers together would not work but I asked her nicely to try and she was really surprised when it did. So I went around again and did it 3 more times and still have 2 vouchers. So £74.92 worth of goods for £15.92. Just like the good old Glitch days
