How many have a license of virginal cleanliness?

I was rear ended ten minutes after getting my licence 21 years ago, but have had no accidents since, no points and only pulled over by the plod as I had a traffic cop sticker belonging to my OH on the windscreen and he was curious as to which force "I" belonged to. He was dissappointed that it wasnt me.

Been driving two years, got no points but then I drive a 1.1 OHC 8V Fiat Panda which is still only six months old so am careful. Never had any accidents but as I live in a big crowded city it is only a matter of time.0

The two times I have been stopped I've been completely open about what happened. On my last speeding stop (20 years ago) the officer was a little taken aback that I was being honest and it resulted with me being booked for 98mph rather than slightly over 100mph.
If it happens again in the future then I'll take it, rather than whinge on MSE or Pepipoop. That's actually the main problem with our society - lack of responsibility. The man without a signature.0 -

The last time I got stopped was in similar circumstances also about 20 years ago. The speeds were similar too. The copper said he couldn't do me for speeding because I was driving too fast and it would have to be reckless driving... which would mean a court appearance etc. etc. He then said, however, that in his opinion, I wasn't driving recklessly, so he let me off with a warning.
