Never happened to me, and I download well over 100GB a month - starter. Just like Freeserve, then Wanadoo, now Orange, they don't do anything.

You were extremely lucky then. I've personally spoken to about 4 or 5 customers since June who had their package automatically upgraded after the 3rd warning. I don't know if this has only been introduced since Orange took over, but it sure does happen.

Must be. I know BT does it as I was on their Anytime Package before I took up broadband with Freeserve, and they warned me a couple of times so I gave them the flick.
