i usually will substitute everything from brown sauce to tooth paste with the value or own brand option but i cant resist maldon sea salt and nescafe instant cappuccinos
  • Kenco Coffee. I've tried so many supermarket brands and none of them taste nice to me. So Kenco it is.
  • Quite a bit really, I refus to buy cheap meat and chickens thats a no no same with cheap eggs have to be at least free range preferably organinc, not just because of the ethics they taste better :)

Coca Cola or Pepsi cannot stand supermarkets own brand fizzy pop, always branded cleaning products and toiletries generally because they tend to be stronger, better at whay they are supposed to do and also you usually use less.

Make our own bread and muffins miles better than any branded bread and even most supermarket own bakery offerings and more importantly a lot cheaper, Branston Beans nicer the Heinz I think, mmm mmmmm there loads might be easier to tell you what I WILL buy budget lol :)

  • Heinz ketchup & baked beans
    Tetley tea bags
  • Branston Baked Beans - everytime I go to Morrisons, they are on offer! At the mo they are buy 2 get 2 free.
Beer - don't mind the odd supermarket French beer in 25cl bottles at a BBQ
Coffee - Dowle Egberts or Carte Noire (and buy a few jars when on offer)
    Rivitas
    Cleaning products
    Coke Zero/Pepsi Max

Practically everything else is shop own, unless its on offer!
