I generally buy own label supermarket brands to cut my grocery bill but there's one branded item I ALWAYS buy and that's HP Sauce. Sometimes I feel guilty and then buy a supermarket label brown sauce but I never like them, and always revert to HP.
Just curious as to what branded product others always buy - even if cheaper options are available?
Tell me it's not just me !!!

Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner. I have tried allsorts of cheaper brands and they seem to leave my hair greasy looking by lunchtime.
I do stock up on HE when it's BOGOF/half price though
Pretty much everything else I buy is own brand/cheapest!Grocery challenge - Nov: £52/£100

Schwepps Diet Lemonade, Sainsburys own version is similar, but a bit too sweet in comparison, Tescos own line tastes like fizzy water!
Own line or delux line prawns. Sorry but those value range prawns are so tiny its like someone attempted to liquidise the normal sized prawns but stopped half way.
Delux moisturiser and hair care. This is where I spend to feel good. Posh products do look and give different results, I strongly believe this. I don't look pretty in clothes so wear black. I haven't got enough for designer shoes and boots but hair care and moisturiser is where I splurge. That and my hyper reactive skin!0 -
"premium" sausages, with at least 85% meat content, free range chicken and eggs, no added water ham...that type of thing. I'm a veggie but my kids aren't so that's the compromise I will make.
Oh and Bertolli spread, just prefer the taste and pure filtered milk because it tastes better and lasts longer when opened.....
think that's it though, everything else is supermarket branded/economy
