T Mobile change Ts & Cs - A way out of my contract?

A point of law - if you write to them and request it they must print out and send you all the info they have about you which includes these memos. I believe thy can charge a nominal amount but many companies will do it for free.0

The emphasis of the mobile companies over the last few years has changed from getting as many customer on board at whatever cost, to retaining them. It is more expensive to get a new customer (and there are a lot of less of them about now) than it is to retain a new one. T-mobile systems have been enhanced in the last few years to have greater emphasis on offering incentives on retaining customers.
The upgrade offer you described will expire after maybe 30 days, but thats' not to say they can't or won't offer you another one. As I said it depends on your customer rating at the time you ask for the upgrade0
