I know what you mean Beanie, sometimes I count down the minutes to what I think is an acceptable time to go to bed.

Tried again and now it is just my christian name that it is not recognising!! Tried just using the initial and it wouldn't have that, tried in capitals and still didn't like it, so don't know quite what to do now. :(

I think the site is having problems Billie - I can't log in either. I shall call them tomorrow - I've got a clubcard and a credit card that both have different numbers to the online number it shows in my grocery account.....I thought they were all linked but I shall call and check.....thanks Tenmah! x

Thanks for the Tesco tip, I've got a few vouchers stashed in safe places that I've forgotten where they are and want to get them changed for rewards before the value chances in December.

Snaggs, I don't think online support groups will help really, I need to talk through my issues and feelings about how mum abused us as kids, and all the messed up family stuff. Which I know makes me a cow for even thinking about all that at a time like this, but it's something I'm really struggling with. Unfortunately though it makes it a complex situation which a lot of places wont touch.
Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
