    I've been Money Tipped!
When I sent my text messages I never included any email addresses, just Debsface and had 3 codes sent back (1 per phone).

Anyone used the txt code DEBSURVEY and got a reply? thanks

Yep. Came through fine just now.

Does anyone know: if you 'opt out' of the SMS texting by texing 'DEBSTOP' before you use the code, does the code still work? Thanks

When does the text voucher expire? I'm planning to go to Debenhams on Wednesday with my Mum. We have a paper voucher to use each and hopefully we'll get a text code to use each as well. Thanks.

Has anyone had any problems using more than one voucher during one shopping trip?

12th November. I went to different tills and it was fine.

Used my last 2 text today got a lovely soft bath sheet which was £30, down to £15, down to £9 so i paid £4 for it. And anothe red herring make up set. The 2nd SA didn't have a clue what to do with the text so called her manager who then had to hunt around for some instructions to find out how to do it!

I tried using mine today SA didnt accept it she said it has to be printed out . :@
    I spent £10 anyway.
  • You dont have to spend £5. I picked up some baby shoes today marked at £6, they scanned at £4.50 and the sa said she could not give me change which i said was fine and then she asked if they could donate the 50p spare to cancer research.

It depends on your SA. The last 3 vouchers I used, the spend's came to 4.80, 4.80 and 4.95 due to 20% off - each time the SA's (different one each time) wouldn't put it through and made me spend at least £5. Saying that, the first time I used the voucher, my spend was 4.80 and the SA put it through without a problem.

So I'd suggest you make sure you've got £5 worth of things to avoid having to queue again/panic about what to get for the few pennies you still have to spend. If you're stuck, grab some bags for life which are 10p and usually by the bigger/main tills.
