I have been with them about 12 or so years i guess , i too always used vouchers but got charged one back on the account last month for £10, i did ring and they said i wasn't entitled to use the voucher(which was true) so it is happening0 -
I have never used Very but have read a lot of threads about charge backs on codes so won't be having a go at this.January GC: £64.81/£80.00
February GC: £24.60£80.000 -
well, a week or so back I also made an order and using two codes it took 60 pounds off... balance showed 0.00, statment came and said 0.00... called this morning to close the account she said it's fine I'll do it for you as balance is 0.00, thanks bye... try to log in account still there... I call them again they say that I used two codes so I have to pay 15 pounds before closing... ok, I'm logging in again it asks me to pay 30 instead ofm 15! I am going to call them again! I know I used two codes and I shouldn't have but it's just tricking customers into buying from them by not setting their system right and saying different things every time I call! Very ANTI-VERY from now!!!0

Hi
I had got the code of ZZ734 which gives you £30 off an order of £60. I did have to open a credit account but meant the coat I wanted only cost me £30 and will just pay it in full when it arrives, the voucher does state that their credit is at £39.7%.0 -
I just called them last(hopefully!) time and another adviser let me have 45GBP off(so both codes) after I nearly shouted her down with how ufair of them to let them both go through and then sending me false info time after time... I also paid off my balance straight away and asked her to close my account immidiately! She did... I hope... I also sent them an email afterwards to say how rubbish they are and why don't they change the system if they only accept one code, idiots! Grr... On Saturday will have to sort out my BF's account as did same in his name, oops
If not I'll just return the coat as it's not as nice as I hoped anyway... But VERY happy with my easytones for 28,95GBP in the end

I don't trust Very or Littlewoods and they are VERY ;-) strict about honouring codes
It may work for you once if you are lucky but I would not recommend trying to use thier glitches too often as you WILL get stung - And its a nightmare to sort out ( but they DO have their T&C's to fall back on and sting you with! )
So use the codes when not entitled or because of a glitch and you MAY regret it .....''Maybe not today. Maybe not tomorrow, but soon and for the rest of your life.'' LOL!0 -
I would be very careful with very. I ordered furniture from them a few months ago - was terrible quality so I returned it. After waiting ages to get my money back, they sent me an invoice saying I owed them money! I wasn't even aware i'd opened a credit account. I have been trying to get this sorted for months and their customer service is awful. Beware!0
