Confused after letter from Welcome Finance

I sent them an email today to clarify the letter they sent but am yet to hear anything back, will post their reply once I receive it! I did make a claim two years ago which was unsucessful and then won it this year so maybe it could be about that.........who knows! Would really appreciate some info from anyone that returned the letter signed?
Thanks peeps!
Just to let all those of you know who sent their letters back to Welcome`s Brideshead Dept that we had our final response back today.
They wrongly calculated our original PPi compensation and have made us another offer!!! And this includes an extra £100 because their first offer was unsatisfactory.
It states that if we return our acceptance with our bank details that they`ll deposit the money into the account but it could take 30 business days.
I can live with that! :rotfl: Thirty days is nowt to us compared with the three years this whole business has been going on!
So that`s one down...and another 4 to go (which are sitting in the ombudmans office) :T
Thanks to everyone on here who has given me and hubby invaluable advice :money:0 -

I had the same thing and I got my money off welcome a week before Christmas was good. They state that it is 30 business banking days which is monday - friday and that is upto 6 weeks, but saying that Welcome didn't take that long and the £3500 that I got back when they took my previous loans into account as well helped us out no good.saraanddarren wrote: »Just to let all those of you know who sent their letters back to Welcome`s Brideshead Dept that we had our final response back today.
