Confused after letter from Welcome Finance

hi i recieved the same letter this morning i got £700 back from welcome i did have other loans and a car loan also but i dont have any of the paperwork so i am unsure if i had ppi with any of these loans can i ask them to send out all origanal loan paperwork to check this or should i just sign this form send it back then wait and see??0

Hi there
You can contact them to ask them about this, or another way would be to request a SAR, you enclose a payment of £10 cheque or postal order for this request, and they have 40 calendar days to comply.
If your unable to locate the account number then give them as many details as you can, full name, any addresses you lived in at the time, date of birth and any name changes whilst you had the account, good luck.

Hi all I've had the same letter today funnily enough from their brideshead department (punn on revisisted me thinks) I have emailed them and await their response.They are offering to review all my former accounts, heres hoping another payout would be nice!!0

Yep - me too!!!! I couldn`t quite believe what i was reading! Welcome Finance being the nice guys for a change!!!

Hi, i also got a letter saying welcome are giving me a refund, i signed the forms and sent them back. does anybody know how long it takes to receive the pay out. if not does anybody have an e-mail address or contact number so i can chase it up. (sent forms back about 3 weeks ago).0
