Last Sunday I did something similar to JackieO's idea, dipped pork chops in beaten egg, then in dry sage & onion stuffing mix, then baked in oven. Yummy.0

My oh's mum makes chicken dinner soup. Leftover roast chicken, root veggies, lentils, barley, stock etc and if she's made stuffing she mashes it up and puts everything in the slow cooker with some water. Stuffing makes it taste really good!January
