i just did a Google on the word "Geneer" and the word "Forum"along with "house prices".

the desperate little trucker posts on about 5/6 sites or forums related to house prices.

does he really think that he's going to influence house prices by spamming the HPC message as much as he can on the internet??

    poor Geneer...

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Looks like another gal has joined the gang.
Predictably the chuckster has his facts wrong.

I'm only a member of the same forums Hamish and Pimp are.
(Although I'm still allowed to post on HPC - unlike yourself I suspect ;))

Sadly, their spamming was unable to prevent the global financial collapse.:(

Just to take your point 2)

Thanks doll. My mistake. I of course meant between offer and registration.
So not the 3-6 months you think it is.

3 months is what I've consistently said.
You seem to have pulled an extra three months out of your @rse. :T Lets hope some clown doesn't read what you're saying and mistakingly consider your words to have any credibility.
there's no reason for it to take 9 months in the vast majority of cases.
    Oops. Too late.

Anyway, it looks like we've been able to account for a good
    few weeks
    of that lag.
Thanks for your efforts lite ;):rotfl::T
Does this mean your Dec 05 shifted out to Jun 06 can be brought back to say Feb 06?

Doesn't look like it. So sorry. ;)

    Again you miss the facts.
    Scotland is there too ;)
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Well gosh, that would certainly be interesting to anyone considering buying up every avaliable house in Scotland at the same time.
    What post did I ignore?

The one where we were continuing our little chat about time on market. ;)
You've posted so many daft ones to be fair.

Its hard to stay serious when you spend all your day blowing kisses to me.
Here you go (and anyone else interested in seeing the ROSEA Edinburgh stats in graph form)

Thats just in case you've missed it the last hundred time he's spammed the thread with it. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

For a sneaky peak at where ROS is inevitably going....

    ESPC Q2 2006 Edinburgh Average Price = £200795.
ESPC Nov 2010. Edinburgh Average Price = £215173.
ESPC Nov 2010: "During the first half of the year we saw the average house price in Edinburgh rising but the increases in the average were largely due to a comparatively high number of larger properties selling...early next year we’ll see prices in Edinburgh come back down to levels seen at the start of 2010, when the average house price stood at between £195,000 and £200,000"

Fancy running a graph with these numbers Lite? :)

Chucky, with 11442 posts (and counting) to your name, you really couldn't have tried any harder.

I'm sorry your efforts were unable to prevent the crash. :(

I would hazard a guess that the main reason for the increase is down to the fact that many English people who work either in Scotland, or not far from the border are buying to take advantage of free prescriptions and no Uni fees.

There you go again, fantasizing about my @rse.
I didn't make up the timeframe.
How many months is it from Dec 05 to Jun 06?

Credibility is there to be seen by all.
Just look at the facts geneer.
Once you take off the geneer tainted specs you wear, you;ll see the truth we all see.
