You really, really, really are wasting your time. After you have discredited his argument (not hard to do - he is recognised on most sites as the most deluded loser around)

What site's would those be Pimp?
Would that be HPC where you we're punted as a troll.
Or would that be CreditCrunch where you were laughed out of town
    as a troll.

Any way, best of luck discrediting my argument. You're doing a bang up job so far.

No but really, Q2 2006, when you stumbled over that little ruse a couple of months ago I didn't believe even you thought you could get away with it (turns out it is only you that thinks you can). :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

I know pimp. It must be really galling to have your trolling efforts of 3 years so readily negated by the application of a bit of common sense and practical consideration.
But, y'know, the Genie's not going back into the bottle just because you wish it so. ;)

Anyway, you've got me beaten hands down so I need to ignore you for a little while. ;)

Will that be a littler while than the last 4 times you've proclaimed you're to be going to ignore me in the last month?

You would have a more interesting time trying to dissect the argument of someone who had a leg to stand on.

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Ah. I see. You meant a whole hour and a half. :T

It's only you that thinks the stats are irrelevant ;)

Actually no, I think the stats are fine for what they are.
But the December 05 statistics have absolutely no relevance to the case that you (thats YOU! not me) and the rest of Geneers Gals were/are so desperate to make.

And again, in case you missed it, its the fact that you're so clearly desperate which is soooo delicious. And of course which makes you one of my Gals! :D
Go on, I'm giving you the option of being the bigger man (you know deep down you want to be).

Walk away quietly and stop trying to twist something that simply isn't true. That way I wont feel the need to reply and the thread can go into obscurity and you need not see the stats again in this thread.

Ooooer. Check out Lite coming on all Clint Eastwood by way of Don Corleone. Exquisite!

Yet at end of the day its another variant of "yes I'm a stubborn bar steward". Which roughly translated means "I just can't help myself". :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Now why would I want a source of such enormous entertainment to fall into obscurity.

    So were agreed then!
I've always found the ROSEA have far more detailed info

    Edinburgh Jun 06 (Q2) = £195,444
    http://www.ros.gov.uk/pdfs/la_jun06.pdf

The time you were looking to buy
    Edinburgh Dec 05 (Q4) = £175,197
    http://www.ros.gov.uk/pdfs/la_dec05.pdf

    Latest release info
    Edinburgh Oct 10 (start Q4) = £222,549
    http://www.ros.gov.uk/pdfs/local_authorities_oct_2010.pdf

I'll let the facts and the links speak for themselves ;)

And if he started looking at the end of 2007 he wouldn't have found a place he liked until June 2008, but then it would have taken a year to complete, so we're looking at June 2009, but then it would have fallen through due to a freak accident, so he'd have started again and be looking at around January 2011 to buy, however the same old stumbling block of being a burger flipper is proving a sticking point.

Actually Joesnappi, if I'd started looking at the end of 2007, reasonably we might assume 3 months to find a suitable property and put in an offer. We're then talking up to another three months from completion to processing at the land reg figures. Simples.

This is actually highly conservative, but as Q2 and Q3 are remarkably consistent, I won't make an issue of it.

Thanks for allowing me to clarify.
And I'm sure Pimperne0 and I'veseentheLite wholeheartedly welcome you to the club ;)
