Virgin Mobile? Complete lack of customer service
Right let me pain the picture, about 6 weeks ago I called Virgin Mobile to change my number on one of my contract sim cards! They then sent out a pay as you go sim, obviously an error on their part.
I called up and they said they would just transfer my contract on to the Pay as you go sim, simple enough I thought, how wrong was I?
They then told me that I was now only allowed one contract mobile? I was now only entitled to 1 due to my credit rating.
Since then I have been passed from pillar to post 20+ phone calls promises broken and given many different resolution times and storys, its beyond a joke.
I spoke to them again today 6 weeks on and was told its with IT to resolve and its now been made a priority? what exactly has to happen for this to be made a priority? 6 weeks down the line! He said he will call me back today
So far I have been offered 3 months free airtime, when its back up and running this was in the first 2 weeks its now 4 weeks further on.
Its a blackberry bold that I use for business and important stuff, so its had a knock on effect.
This is mainly a post to share my views and to see if anyone has actually received service that has been above inept
