Nice to hear from you Fritter, and to hear your good new's.
Snow here as well 3 Dogs, keep's starting and stopping.
Good Luck with the shopping Miche.

Oh no, not more snow for you Beanie - you've had enough up there - Gah

After that 2 hours of snowing, we had about an inch lying but the problem is that it has got colder and colder. We popped out to get a bit of shopping in for us and for my neighbour, and driving back from town, the roads were treacherous - had to crawl along in parts due to icy road on bends next to ditches   Glad to get back in one piece

Hiya Steve - yes, OK other than the icy roads

When I rang CCCS earlier to see what was happening about my DRO, the lady said that a reply to my email had been sent confirming the amendments had been noted and attaching a revised draft application. However, as I said that I hadn't received that, she checked on file and cam back apologising that it would appear that, although the amendments had been noted, the reply and revised draft had not actually been emailed to me after all. She checked all the details again and said she would send me the paperwork there and then. When I had it, and printed in out so I could sign the submission, all I have to do is pay the £90, then get in touch with them again so they can actually submit it to the Insolvency Service. I believe it only takes a few days to be confirmed or otherwise, unless the IS need to confirm any details with me before processing it. I have checked my emails since we got back and the message is there, though I haven't looked for it yet. so things are moving on my DRO again and it won't be long now until it is all done and dusted :j :j :j

Hiya, Yes you have to be so carful driving with the conditions of the roads being icey.

As for your DRO well done in getting an answer today and that your able to print of the documents and then get them in the post for them to act on them and that it can all be cleared up. Start 2011 knowing you dont have the worry of this all hanging over your shoulders.

Fritty sooooooo happy. Oi when we have our next bash she's coming ok and we can tell her what a great person you are. But she knows that already.

Just come in from a long day at shops, didn't get much one last present for Janet. But it was nice to go out and see what was going on.

Having a good day here. V cold though. I think it was warmer outside.
Aiming for a minimal spend 2022
  • hi all,

good to see your DRO is back on track, shame that you had to chase up CCCS tho, the future looks good 3dogs.

Had a nice letter from solicitors yesterday, acting for a DCA, reply sent but this particular DCA appears to be quite stubborn, me thinks a complaint will be on the way to their governing body!!
