Oh, best save the champers for when it is fully approved, but CCCS should pass an application over to the Insolvency Service unless they are sure it will go through. The DRO is a lot like bankruptcy, in that it is dealt with by IS, but is for people with low disposable income and little in the way of assets. If approved, the order last for 12 months, then all debt is written offMr 3Dogs 3-7-12
