Despite your experiences they are the worst company of the lot when it comes to complaints!

Well, there's a pretty useless article! Unless you know how the size of Aviva's book compares to Axa or others, you have no way of knowing whether the numbers actually mean anything. If, for sake of argument, Aviva's premium income is 65% greater than Axa, you would legitimately expect the number of complaints to be proportionately greater. What a load!42 years of experience in the insurance industry.
And nothing the industry tries do to us surprises me any more!0 -

I'd argue that companies that choose to rebrand themselves are generally the worst in terms of customer services. They spend so much time, effort, money and soul on w@nky names like Aviva, Consignia etc etc that they forget their core business.The man without a signature.0
