Well, there's a pretty useless article! Unless you know how the size of Aviva's book compares to Axa or others, you have no way of knowing whether the numbers actually mean anything. If, for sake of argument, Aviva's premium income is 65% greater than Axa, you would legitimately expect the number of complaints to be proportionately greater. What a load!

I had similar BS from Aviva when I took out a policy with them. I would never use them again

I'd argue that companies that choose to rebrand themselves are generally the worst in terms of customer services. They spend so much time, effort, money and soul on w@nky names like Aviva, Consignia etc etc that they forget their core business.
