Daisychain1 I haven't had time to read anything on this thread other than your posts as I haven't got the time at the moment, but I do quickly want to share my experience which should hopefully put your mind fully at rest and even make you smile a little?

Having received the same type of 'parking ticket' at my workplace I decided after reading threads on here and researching the internet to not pay and completely ignore any correspondence regarding it.
I got the usual threatening written garb from Roxburghe and Graham White Solicitors, approx 5 letters in total (Letter 3 or 4 even detailed my name work department etc, scary but I just hung in there!)

(During this time I also witnessed a close colleague being hounded in the same way. Unfortunately, she made the mistake of contacting them by telephone to challenge the fees they were demanding despite sharing the knowledge I had gained from my research. I was so disappointed to subsequently learn that she had crumpled under their intimidation, ending up forking out >£200 to these scamsters?!!!!

Well, and here's where you should start feeling slightly more relaxed about the whole thing and hopefully even LOL? 'cos...............I again received a ticket at my workplace from the same company ACPOA approx 6 months on from the initial one..........This time I felt more confident about ignoring it and although I still worried a little (natural I think) I took the same stance..........and just to prove it is a complete and utter scam, what do you know?.........They haven't even bothered to contact me this time, why?! because having 'tried it on' with me in the past and failed, they're are now well aware that I know their 'game' and that their so called 'parking tickets'; which are in fact only classified as invoices under law, are not worth the paper they are printed on and that I am not easily conned by scheming robbing b@stards such as themselves! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

SO, forget about it, just wait for them to crawl back under their rock!.....You don't need the agro, life can be stressful enough without having to add them to your worry list!

........Smile as you save on toilet paper and flush it, afterall, it's the only purpose it's fit for!!

P.S. I'm sure I've also received phone calls but always vet my calls via my answer machine and they've never left a msg, or perhaps they have? and my teenager has just erased it and forgot to tell me?!....Hee, Hee!

If you think that your letter box will not be able to take the strain of the 5 or 6 letters from them, then I suggest you pay up.
