Nice One Jennica - It's time the major players here were enlightened to how many people have been affected by this issue....
We are only asking for a public announcement...

Accounts are gonna be closed - HBOS money men beware - you need to react to the voice of the public...

Till then I (for one) will make no further subscription payments to your personal paradise !!!!

When you go to the bank get as many prepaid application forms as possible and send them of with fake names etc. the postage & administrive costs to them should cost some of your money they have.

I just found them too, there must have been a glitch, but how will you prove that people are genuine fairpak customers?

Hi im the person who started off the ebay listing.i posted it on here but it seems to have been removed. For anyone who doesnt know, it is "letters from santa" which i am selling and i now have someone else helping me, i think atthe moment they are selling playboy stickers and christmas lucky bags for children.
I appreciate everyones concern as to how we will know if people are genuine customers of farepak and believe me i know unfortunatly there are people out there who will try to get themselves some free money!
Everyone who requests to be put on the list has to send through a copy of their statment from farepak.I understand many customers (including myself) havent received one for a while and ofcourse now we all know why!The most recent statement will do though.
So please take a look at the listings you can either search for me (charlene1149) or type "farepak" in the ebay search bar.
    Many thanks everyone

Just to let everybody affected by farepak there is a new claim form on the website for customers. https://www.farepak.co.uk
So there are two claim forms now, one for agents and one for customers.

I sent my local MP an email advising of my wsituation with Farepak and how can this happen and affect so many people who are unlikely to get anything back.

I got a letter in the post yesterday advising he will be investigating further, so here hopes at least he read my email

Does that mean we have to complete more forms? or will our original claim do?

I had filled the original form in last week and my agent has filled one in for all her customers as well as sending a copy of all her paperwork recorded delivery, but earlier today I noticed that the farepak website had been updated with the claim forms wanting a bit more info so if I was you just to be on the safe side I would fill it in.

    Hey guys,

If you click this link it will take you to Farepak Accounts where you can log in with your membership details and get all your payments and commission details. I would hurry up and do it in case it disappears. Oh if my account comes up just log out and log in under your own account number. Take a print off if you have a printer.

All the best Suzy P.S. we are gaining momentum over at https://www.unfairpak.co.uk if anybody wants to pop over and help with the ongoing campaign.

There is a very long (5 page) article here from the Telegraph which explains how the Hamper business works and what went wrong with Farepak :

What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?
  • On https://www.unfairpak.co.uk have posted 2 articles today from the Sunday People (Ray of Light?) under Welcome & General Announcements and The Sunday Mirror under Press. Rather long to reprint here.

Worth having a read especially as the People have now printed comments regarding HBOS in all this.
