A heart fulled thanks for spending the time to help us, can you please confirm what you have just mentioned on the Jeremy Vine show re cliaming from Farepak's bank.

I paid by direct debit would this be an avenue I can follow?

Hi Rickuk99 - it's on the first page of this thread - sounds like it's for visa debit card payments only though.
